Shipping policy

 

Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS or DHL. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.

Candles are made to order. Please allow up to 1 week processing time before receiving a shipping notification. Please be advised, Shipping and processing are two different time frames. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to problems of Covid-19, As of now we are sending out international orders through UPS or DHL. It is possible you may need to pay extra fees when your package is going through custom clearance.
